The Family is the first and most important organization in the community...
Parental involvement and oversight is key to having a safe, functional, and accountable school district. The school district should come alongside parents in both the challenges and victories they experience with their children.
The job of the Lake Pend Oreille School District Board of Trustees should be to complement and involve parents, allowing -- and even welcoming -- parental monitoring of the classroom and athletics.

These are just a few of my priorities for serving the children and families of Lake Pend Oreille School District.
